Before you use TimeTec Hire, what were the problems you need to deal with during hiring?

A bit tedious because I needed to email or call the candidate to confirm the Interview, and most of the time, this can't be settled in one shot. Some didn't pick up the call, some found it hard to give a straight answer on interview date confirmation, etc. And, more often than not, candidates would call to change the interview date, and I have to contact the people in charge to get their approval before I can commit to the new date. Also, sometimes the interviewers forgot the interview date, and I have to start the process again from step one. With TimeTec Hire, everything is centralized and automated. When I send an invitation for an interview, the candidate needs to respond through the same system so nothing gets lost in the process.

I definitely fall in love with the Dashboard, the Upcoming Interview Calendar and the Applicant Latest Activity because I don't have to remember all those details anymore! (It's a lot of information, mind you) Another thing that I like about TimeTec Hire is the fact that all the processes are done within the web application itself, and the notifications sent via email to relevant parties. Easy. And last but definitely not least, the screening process. I'm sure all the department heads also appreciate this feature because to go through a pile of resumes is cumbersome, and sometimes not fruitful.

In a lot of ways! With TimeTec Hire, it is easy for me to connect with the candidate virtually. Ivory Coast CIE Buyo Secured with FingerTec

Ivory Coast Electricity Company (CIE) is a private provider that has been linked to the Ivory Coast's government by a concession agreement since 1990. This agreement entrusts CIE with the operation of facilities for production, transport, and distribution of certain assets, as well as national electrical energy distribution and imports and exports within the region. CIE distributes electricity to 1.9 million customers in the Ivory Coast. CIE operates 50 000 km of the electricity network, six hydroelectric plants (604 MW) and one thermal plant (100 MW). TNB-IT Monitors Contract Staff Attendance with GPS on Mobile App

TNB-IT, one of Tenaga Nasional Berhad subsidiaries has found a solution to their attendance woes involving contract staff with TimeTec TA. Starting July 2019, the company has subscribed to TimeTec cloud-based attendance solution to overcome various challenges in managing their contract employees for around 100 people.

These contract employees are responsible for the installation and maintenance of all IT related equipment such as smart meter at the clients place. Therefore, staff monitoring is the main concern of the company because most of the time, these employees are mobile and scattered around the city doing their tasks. With the manual attendance system, there are rampant cases of buddy punching whereby the fellow colleague clocks in for the absent or tardy ones. There are also cases where staff forgot to clock in and out, and they are left with no attendance data for the admin to work on. And on top of that, the TNB-IT admin has to manually calculate the work hours and overtime taken to prepare for payroll which is not only a tedious task but also prone to errors.

Grandville is Taking Charge of its Residential Patrolling

Nowadays, the importance of security in residential is paramount even more so in an exclusive area like Grandville and its building management takes a step forward by taking charge of the residential patrolling monitoring through TimeTec Patrol solution.

MUGEF-CI of Ivory Coast Guards Premises with FingerTec Biometrics

Mutuelle Générale des Fonctionnaires et Agents de l'Etat de Côte d'Ivoire (MUGEF-CI) is a body that contributes to the improvement of the living conditions of its members mostly civil servants and their families by means of a system of mutual aid and solidarity to repair social risks. Twellium Beverage Factory in Ghana Chooses Biometrics Access Security Measures

In the country of Ghana, Nsawam Road Accra Accra lies the home of Twellium Beverage Factory that produces quality beverages such as mineral water, sodas and energy drinks for over 60 countries around the world and a staple for many. Melaka MARA Offices Switched to FingerTec Card Security
