FingerTec Gets Vote of Confidence from Dominican Republic’s Judicial Council
Dominican Republic’s Judicial Council (DRJC) one of the three main branches that makes up the constitution of the nation. The Judicial Council is a federal body created under the Judges Act with the mandate to promote efficiency, equality, and accountability, and to enhance the quality of judicial service in the superior courts of Dominican Republic.
 
DRJC bears the responsibility of appointing judges independently and separately from the political process. The Supreme Court of Justice or Suprema Corte de Justicia consists of a minimum of 16 magistrates and the Constitutional Court or Tribunal Constitucional is made up of 13 judges, all of which forming the highest court. Perlis Health Department Increases Security With Ingressus
Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Perlis or State of Perlis Health Department, located in the capital Kangar, is one of the departments under Malaysia’s Ministry of Health dedicated to deal with health issues of the locals. The Health Department contains of 6 departments which include management, medical, dental, pharmacy, general health and safety & food quality department, together they aim to provide efficient health services and treatment for treatable and non-treatable diseases in the smallest state in Malaysia.
 
Having around 180 staff members, they were looking for a better security system that suits to the nature of their operation, to ease the movement of the authorized staff and to curb the public from entering the irrelevant areas. A total of 14 units of Ingressus 1 and 28 units of k-Kadex were installed in their office building for door access purposes.

Training Center for Finance and Accounting In Iraq’s MOF Deploys Face ID 2 for Attendance
Iraq’s Ministry of Finance’s Training Center for Finance and Accounting was scouting for a system that is capable to promote its employee’s compliance with the official working hours to stimulate punctuality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in its operation.

Knowing the requirements of the center, FingerTec’s distributor in Iraq, Ain Al-Zulal introduced and demonstrated the effectiveness of Face ID 2 that has a couple of biometrics identification methods which include face and fingerprint technology plus another two options of cards and passcode. The school employed Mifare technology for these devices to reduce the burden of data from the master Kadex for the Mifare card could store data up to 64kb. A total of 50 Kadex terminals were installed at the school’s management office as well as all the classrooms located in the school.
 
Each Kadex terminal is bundled with TCMS V2, a software which centralizes, stores and manages all data extracted from the Kadex terminals. Loaded with powerful features, TCMS V2 allows users to not only automate tracking of time attendance but also generate a variety of attendance reports such as Tardiness Report, Movement Analysis, Electronic Time Card and many more for further analysis.
